GROUP WEIGHT TRAINING:
Result-Oriented Training Approach
At Club-KO our trainers will work with you to demand that
your body shed excess fat and enhance your lean muscle
tone. Proper weight training is a stimulus which acts on
your body to demand an adaptive change. The method that
we use is called High Intensity. To stimulate your body
to make a change your exercise intensity must cross a certain
threshold before your body will respond. By training to
muscular failure, we send an alarm to your body that more
muscle and improved metabolism are needed. Keeping precise
records of your workout performance allows us to know if
we are manipulating the variables of intensity, duration,
and frequency appropriately. By doing this our clients
can show progress on every exercise of every workout.
Training Equipment
We use a variety of equipment. All of our equipment is
designed and engineered to provide full contraction for
your muscles.

We know your time is valuable and we will never waste
it by having you do any form of exercise that is inefficient
or non-productive. At Club-KO we want
the client to be paying for results, not time spent in
the gym. Our only
concern is to produce the fastest uninterrupted results

SMALL
GROUP KICKBOXING TRAINING:
Club-KO small group training is a 30 minute, extremely
intense, informative, and highly exhilarating training
system. The premise for >kickboxing= group training
is to surpass the lactic acid (muscle soreness) threshold.
As the clients gradually surpass the lactic acid threshold
they will be able to reduce bodyfat and build lean muscle.
Even better, group training caters to 4-to-12 people
at a time, which creates a personal training relationship.
In addition, this specific training system is highly
affordable. If you thought you could not afford personal
training now there is no excuse!
System guidelines:
5 minute: Ballistic Stretching – This principle of stretching
immediately warms-up the large muscle groups, joints,
ligaments, and definitely boosts the heart rate. (ex.
Stretch jumping jacks)
10 minutes: Intense Station Work – Station work is an
intense complex training* method developed to rapidly
exhaust all muscle fibers (slow to fast twitch). This
is exemplified when clients are consistently moving at
30 to 40 second intervals.
* Complex training is a hybrid of cross training exercises
and Olympic movements to concentrate on all muscle groups
including abs and lower back.
15 minutes: Technical Kickboxing – This part of
the session concentrates on the striking aspect of kickboxing.
Clients will learn how to properly hit the bags, focus
mitts, and Thai pads. In addition, the clients will learn
how to breathe at a maximum level of intensity, which
will help benefit, their kickboxing classes and 10-Week
program.
