SK Life Science aimed to consolidate all its sales force training into a single, unified portal.

SK Knowledge Center, combined training curricula and sales resources. In collaboration with sales teams, a comprehensive user experience (UX) was developed for training delivery, resource access, team analytics, and employee participation.

The UX/UI design prioritized empowering sales managers to conduct, monitor, and track the performance of trainees.

Additionally, trainee dashboards were created to facilitate easy access to non-linear and on-demand training modules.
